I have just created a website for a client, using Drupal CMS, and the website is unusable on Hoseexcellence. On my test server, the site is fast, as are other live sites with huge databases, but hostexcellence takes about 2 minutes to load a single page.
So a warning: if you have static html files, then hostexcellence are adequate. If you have a dynamic CMS using php/MySQL, then the shared servers are as useful as teaching a fish to ride a bicycle.
