Hostexcellence hosting plan is not using cpanel control panel, but using h-sphere control panel instead. I used this hsphere control panel before, and its very easy to use and provide all the necessary features as well. Personally i see that hsphere control panel hosting provider using the same control panel for their linux and windows hosting. Where cpanel only for linux php hosting. Thats the main reason for h-sphere control panel here.
Another big advantage is that i noticed that user can easily add remove domain to their account. And the same time, the dedicated IP address is attached to the new domain. And its all fully automated, from h-sphere.
